We request that orders be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you can call us for any special request

Online and/or emailed orders will be confirmed by one of our Catering Coordinators by 5pm the same day of your order during the week and within 72 hours if placed over the weekend.

Our Catering Coordinators are available to take orders or answer any and all questions during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm PST at (360) 943-5555.

Changes and Cancellation

  • For changes and cancellations, please call us at 360 943 5555. Changes must be received 12 hours in advance, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance. If less notice time is provided, clients may be responsible for any pre-ordered or pre-prepared foods associated with your order.

Delivery

  • Orders are available for pickup or delivery.
  • Delivery fees vary according to location and the complexity of the delivery and will be calculated after order is placed. Please call our office for delivery pricing.
  • Additional fees may apply for deliveries after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends or holidays.

Pick-up

  • You may return service ware and dishes to us or we can arrange for pick-up at an additional fee.

Payment

  • Payment for all catering orders is due upon delivery, unless other arrangements have been made.
  • We accept checks, cash and credit cards (MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER).
  • Checks should be made payable to “Elyse’s Catering, Inc.” (A $40.00 fee applies to all NSF returned checks.)
  • Gratuity of 20% will be applied to most orders.
  • Applicable state sales tax will be applied to all orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide tax exemption certificate prior to delivery.
