Our Staff

Kitchen

Warm and soft cinnamon rolls, breakfast muffins and mouthwatering foccacia breads. Colorful platters and fantastic menu combinations - all made from scratch by our kitchen crew who start as early as 6am (or earlier if necessary). Elyse's food is made from scratch, cooked and prepped to order by our chef, our pantry master, and their seasonal helpers. Brownies, Lemon bars and Jumbo cookies, Wedding cakes, pastries and more are baked to order by our baker.

Catering and Service

Good organization, coordination and timing. Customer awareness, attention to detail and lots of energy are needed to pack the trucks with all that is needed, drive the food carefully to your event, set it all up fashionable, fast and clean - and serve you with a smile and - imagine! - cleaning it all up by the time your last guest is gone! Our catering crew is known for its professional work.
